Senior Management Appointment

Atlantis, a global leader in the tidal power sector, is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Ward with immediate effect. Stephen is joining the Company's new Executive Management Group following the relocation of Atlantis' corporate headquarters to Scotland.

Stephen joins Atlantis as the Director of Power Generation and will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. Stephen was Head of Project Management UK at AREVA Wind prior to moving into Offshore Operations at Adwen Offshore (AREVA Wind's JV with Gamesa Offshore), where he has been responsible for the project management, installation and logistics elements of various European tender submissions. Prior to AREVA Wind, he was a Senior Project Manager at ScottishPower Renewables from 2006 to 2012. Stephen has also gained valuable experience in project management, design and construction having worked at various international companies including Encia Consulting (formerly AIG Consulting), Hanson Waste Management and Cleanaway Limited.
