Director and PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 23 September 2021 that Colin Jones, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 6,583 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at a price of £1.519 per share on 21 September 2021.
As a result of this transaction, Mr Jones' beneficial interest in the Company, now amounts to a total holding of 37,758 Ordinary Shares in the Company and represents approximately 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
