RWS Holdings plc ("RWS", the "Company"), a content solutions company, powered by technology and human expertise, announces that Candida Davies, Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), has informed the Board that she has decided to step down as CFO and from her Board position as Executive Director. It has been agreed that she will stay until the end of 2025, to support the Company with a smooth transition and the reporting of the full year results.
The Board has appointed a search firm and commenced the search for a successor and will announce the outcome of that process in due course.
Benjamin Faes, Chief Executive Officer, said:
"We would like to thank Candy for her extensive contribution and commitment over the last three years during a pivotal time for the business and our industry. Candy has been a key member of our broader leadership team, which has made considerable progress in redefining the Group's strategy and operating model, strengthening its position for the future.
