In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Robert Walters plc announces that Leslie Van de Walle, Non-executive Chairman, has resigned as Non-executive Chairman of SIG plc. Leslie will step down as Chairman and retire as a Director of SIG plc with effect from 31 October 2017.
