River Global PLC ("River Global" or the "Company")

NOTIFICATION OF BOARD CHANGES

Following the completion of the sale of the Company's asset management business to Liontrust Asset Management PLC on 30 June, the Board has agreed that a further reduction in the size of the Board is appropriate. Accordingly, Tudor Davies and Simon Troughton have retired from the Board with immediate effect.

The ongoing Board will now comprise Martin Gilbert (Chairman), Christopher Mills (Non-Executive) and Jonathan Dawson (Senior Independent Non-Executive). In acknowledging their retirement, the Chairman recorded his thanks to Mr Davies and Mr Troughton for their contribution to the Company.
