River Global PLC ("River Global" or the "Company")
NOTIFICATION OF SHARE PURCHASE AND INTERESTS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMR")
The Company has received notification that, on 27 April 2026, Martin J Gilbert, purchased 1,500,000 A Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 4.05 pence per share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Martin Gilbert has an interest in 10,392,000 A Ordinary Shares, representing 6.47% of the voting rights of the issued A Ordinary Shares in the Company (after adjusting for shares held in treasury) and 8,892,500 B Shares, representing 6.18% of the voting rights of the issued B Shares in the Company on the same basis.
Formal notification in respect of the PDMR are set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
