Monthly Valuation Update
-3.5% NAV movement
RTW Venture Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that the unaudited net asset value attributable to the ordinary shares of the Company at the close of business on 28 February 2023 (the "NAV") was US$334.6 million, or US$1.58 per ordinary share, a decrease of 3.5% from the previous month.
As of 28 February 2023, 23.2% of the total NAV was invested in privately held core portfolio companies and 48.7% of the total NAV was invested in public core portfolio companies, most of which were initiated as private investments. 28.5% was invested in other liquid public positions (which mirror holdings in RTW Investments, LP private funds) in lieu of holding cash for future core investments.
