Further to the FTSE notice released on 12 December 2018 in relation to Esure Group (UK): Constituent Deletion, please note the FTSE 250 replacement.

Subject to court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to the cash acquisition of Esure Group (UK, constituent) by Blue (BC) Bidco (non-constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:

 Esure Group (UK, B8KJH56) will be deleted from the FTSE 250 Index.

 Restaurant Group (UK, B0YG1K0) will be added to the FTSE 250 Index.

 All changes effective from 19 December 2018.
