Notification of Directors' Interests in Shares

The Company announces the following changes to the interests of Directors in the Company's ordinary shares of 28.125p each ('Shares').

The Company has been advised that on 30 August 2016 Mike Tye, Non-executive Director, bought 7,284 shares in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 409.76p per share and consequently has a shareholding in the Company of 7,284 shares, representing 0.003% of issued share capital.
