The Restaurant Group plc announces that it has been notified of the following transaction in the Company's ordinary 28.125p shares undertaken by directors/persons discharging managerial responsibility:
·; Purchase by Andrew Hornby (Chief Executive Officer) of 232,471 ordinary 28.125p shares at a price of £1.2840 per share on 10 September 2019.
The purchases were made on the London Stock Exchange.
