AMENDED BLINKX PLC RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
This announcement replaces the Result of AGM release issued on Thursday 16 June 2016 at 12.54pm under RNS 4366B. The titles in the final two columns were incorrect as were some of the numbers. The disclosures in relation to votes For and Against the AGM resolutions were correct.

London, England - blinkx plc (the "Company") (LSE AIM: BLNX.), held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") in London, England today.
All of the resolutions tabled at the meeting were passed with the requisite majorities. The resolutions were as follows:
