Following the completion of the exchange offer to acquire YuMe, Inc., Mr. Singer holds a direct interest in 33,999 voting rights (0.05%) of the issuer. He also holds an indirect interest in 4,023,326 voting rights (5.19%) of the issuer as the managing member of VIEX Capital Advisors, LLC, a Delaware-incorporated investment management entity that manages the assets of certain affiliated funds.
