Grant of options
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF. - March 13, 2013 - blinkx plc (LSE AIM: BLNX) announces that on February 19, 2013, options were granted, pursuant to the option plans identified below, to the below noted directors. All options referred to are exercisable over ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company.
The options vest as to 16.7% August 19, 2013 and the balance equally every three months, with the final vesting being three years from grant. The options are exercisable immediately on vesting and expire on February 19, 2023. The options have an exercise price of 83.5 p, being the mid-market closing price of the Company's ordinary shares on February 19, 2013.
