Exercise of Options

The Company announces that, following the exercise of share options by certain employees, an application has been made for 372,541 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari-passu with existing ordinary shares and it is expected that admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 23 April 2015.

Following admission of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued share capital carrying voting rights will be 82,586,081.
