Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified that, on 22 June 2018, Martin Towers, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, transferred 10,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to a person closely associated with Mr Towers for nil consideration.
There is no change to the aggregate number of shares held by Mr Towers and his persons closely associated as a result of this transfer. Mr Towers and his persons closely associated hold a beneficial interest in 15,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
