Restore plc ("Restore" or "the Company"), the UK office services provider, today announces that Andrew Wilson, non-executive director, has stepped down from the Board with immediate effect.

This is a consequence of the reduction in the shareholding of Geraldton Services Inc., which as announced on 26 September 2013, no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company's issued share capital.

External recruitment consultants have been retained to identify a replacement non-executive director. The Company continues to keep the composition of the Board under review to ensure that the skill, knowledge and experience of its non-executive directors is suitable to meet the needs of the business and its long-term strategic development.

Sir William Wells, chairman of Restore, said: "Andrew has made a significant contribution to the transformation of Restore over the last four years. On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank him for his wise counsel and steadfast support."
