Reliance Security Group PLC05 October 2006 Reliance Security Group plc ("Reliance") Directorate Changes The Directors of Reliance are pleased to announce the appointment of MarkHarrison as Group Finance Director with effect from 10 October 2006. Mark Harrison has extensive experience of operational financial management inthe services sector. He was previously chief financial officer of ACR LogisticsUK (formerly Hays Logistics) until its successful sale earlier this year. Priorto that, he spent six years at British Airways, initially as financial directorof its engineering division and latterly of its world cargo division. Hequalified with Arthur Andersen and began his career in industry with VauxhallMotors where he worked in a variety of financial and treasury roles over a nineyear period. Commenting on the appointment, Julian Nicholls, Group Managing Director, said: "Mark brings to Reliance a record of achievement in a number of highlychallenging financial roles and his experience in the services sector will makehim a valuable addition to the group management team." The Directors of Reliance also announce the retirement of Neil French as aDirector with effect from 6 October 2006. He was Group Finance Director for over4 years until he became a non-executive at the end of last year.
