Directors' Dealings

Pursuant to Listing Rule DTR 3.1.2R, the Company announces that on 18 March 2016, 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company held directly by Sir Robert Wilson, the Chairman and non-executive director of the Company, were transferred into the name of Hargreaves Lansdown (Nominees) Limited as nominee of RPW Investments Limited, a private limited company in which Sir Robert Wilson, has a controlling interest.

The transfer took place in London.
