R&Q receives regulatory approval for acquisition of GLOBAL U.S. Holdings Inc.

Further to its announcement on 19 September 2018, Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd. ("R&Q"), is pleased to announce that its wholly owned US subsidiary, Randall & Quilter America Holdings Inc., has now received regulatory clearance to complete the acquisition of GLOBAL U.S. Holdings Inc. The transaction is expected to close shortly.
