The Company has been notified that on 23 July 2020 Kenneth Randall, the Executive Chairman of the Company, sold his interest in 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Mr Randall continues to hold 11,447,649 ordinary shares which represents 5.14% of the Company's issued share capital and 5.14% of the total voting rights. The ordinary shares sold by Ken Randall represent his allocation in the Company's recent bonus share distribution for the 2019 financial year.
The Company hereby provides the following notification, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
