Director's dealing in shares
London, 27 March: The Company was informed on 26 March 2013 that Mr. Alexander Chistyakov, Executive Director, has purchased 656,521 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 15.91p per share.
Following this transaction, Mr. Chistyakov will hold a total of 43,864,914 shares in Ruspetro representing 13.16% of the Company's issued share capital.
