Eduard Khudainatov Increases Stake in Rosneft
Eduard Khudainatov, the President of Rosneft, acquired 1.988 million shares of the Company, increasing his shareholding to 5.115 million shares or 0.0483%.
The acquisition confirms Eduard Khudainatov's statement at the Rosneft's General Meeting of Shareholders on June 10, 2011 that the Company remains significantly undervalued and has considerable growth potential.
