Director/PDMR shareholdings
Rose Petroleum (AIM: ROSE) has been informed of the following purchases of ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by directors of the Company:
Matthew Idiens, CEO, has today purchased 500,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 4.2975p per share. Following this purchase, Matthew Idiens now has a total beneficial interest in 720,257 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 1.91% of the Company's current issued share capital.
Chris Eadie, CFO, has today purchased 346,245 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 4.3197p per share. Following this purchase, Chris Eadie now has a total beneficial interest in 347,189 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 0.92% of the Company's current issued share capital.
