The Company announces that it received notification on 13 December 2024 that Janice Stipp, Non-executive Director and PDMR, acting jointly with her spouse Keith Stipp, a closely associated person, acquired 5000 ordinary shares ofĀ nominal value 0.5 penceĀ each in the capital of the Company ('Shares') at an average price ofĀ US$4.20 per Share.
