Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs') and persons closely associated with them
The Company announces that it received notification on 13 December 2024 that Janice Stipp, Non-executive Director and PDMR, acting jointly with her spouse Keith Stipp, a closely associated person, acquired 5000 ordinary shares of nominal value 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ('Shares') at an average price of US$4.20 per Share.
