Director/PDMR Shareholding
Rotork plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following transaction in the Company's ordinary 0.5p shares undertaken by a person discharging managerial responsibility and a person closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibility.
- Vesting of 5,262 executive share incentive award shares to Grant Wood (Divisional Managing Director - Rotork Controls) and the subsequent sale of 2,474 shares to cover tax and NI liabilities and a further 1,394 shares and a transfer of 1,394 shares to a person closely associated.
The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulations.
