Director/PDMR Shareholding
Rotork plc (the "Company") announces that, as a result of their participation in the Rotork Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"), the following persons discharging managerial responsibility have each been awarded 1,204 free shares (Rotork plc 0.5p ordinary shares) under the provisions of the SIP as part of the 2019 SIP free share award. The price at which each Rotork ordinary share was awarded was 298.92p:
