Dividend Declaration

Atrato Onsite Energy plc (LSE: ROOF), the renewables investment trust focusing on UK commercial onsite solar and providing investors with capital growth and long-dated, index-linked income, today declares a maiden interim dividend of 1.76 pence per Ordinary Share in respect of the period from admission of the Company's share capital to trading on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange's main market on 23 November 2021 to 31 March 2022 as scheduled below:

This dividend represents the first payment under the Company's annualised dividend target as set out at IPO of 5 pence per Ordinary Share for the financial year ended 30 September 2022.(1)
