Dividend declaration
The Board of Atrato Onsite Energy plc (LSE: ROOF), the investment company focusing on clean energy generation, is pleased to declare an interim dividend of 1.26 pence per Ordinary Share in respect of the period from 1 July 2023 to 30 September 2023 as scheduled below:
Ex-dividend date 23 November 2023
Record date 24 November 2023
Payment date 18 December 2023
A portion of the Company's dividend is designated as an interest distribution for UK tax purposes. The interest streaming percentage for the Q4 2023 Dividend is 70%.
