Dividend declaration
The Board of Atrato Onsite Energy plc (LSE: ROOF), the investment company focusing on clean energy generation, is pleased to declare a dividend of 1.98 pence per share.
On 3 October 2024, the Company noted it would pay another dividend in order to maintain Investment Trust Status. The dividend will be paid in respect of the period from 1 July 2024 to the expected liquidation date (the "Dividend"): at 1.39 pence per share in respect of the period from 1 July 2024 to 30 September 2024 and at 0.59 pence per share for the period from 1 October 2024 to the expected liquidation date.
The Dividend will be paid on or around 12 December 2024 to shareholders on the register as of 22 November 2024. The ex-dividend date will be 21 November 2024.
A portion of the Dividend is designated as an interest distribution for UK tax purposes. The interest streaming proportion will be 1.69 pence per share: at 1.10 pence per share in respect of the period from 1 July 2024 to 30 September 2024 and at 0.59 pence per share for the period 1 October 2024 to the expected liquidation date.
