Dividend declaration
The Board of Atrato Onsite Energy plc (LSE: ROOF), the investment company focusing on clean energy generation, is pleased to declare an interim dividend of 1.25 pence per Ordinary Share in respect of the period from 1 April 2023 to 30 June 2023 as scheduled below:
Ex-dividend date 3 August 2023
Record date 4 August 2023
Payment date 25 August 2023
A portion of the Company's dividend is designated as an interest distribution for UK tax purposes. The interest streaming percentage for the Q3 2023 Dividend is 6.6%.
The Company is targeting an annualised dividend of five pence per Ordinary Share for its second financial year as set out at IPO.
