Final dividend dates

Further to the release of the Company's final audited results for the year ended 30 November 2011, in which the Company indicated that the Board would recommend a final dividend in respect of 2011 of 0.80 pence per share, the Company confirms that the dividend will be paid, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM, on 29 June 2012 to shareholders on the register on 1 June 2012.
