Rotala PLC12 November 2007 Rotala plc ("Rotala" or 'the Company') Directors holding and Issue of Equity Rotala announces that on 8 November 2007, it received notification that NicholasKennedy, Non-executive Director, purchased 18,037 ordinary shares of 25p each inthe Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 8 November 2007 at a price of 55 pence pershare. Following this purchase, Nicholas Kennedy has an interest in 151,886 OrdinaryShares, representing 0.75 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company. The Company also announces that on 8 November 2007, John Gunn, Non-executiveChairman of the Company, exercised 58,800 warrants in the Company. Followingthis exercise, John Gunn has been issued 58,800 Ordinary Shares at a price of62.5 pence per share. Following this transaction, John Gunn has a direct, and indirect, interest in4,025,524 Ordinary Shares, representing 19.78 per cent. of the total votingrights of the Company.
