Directors' Dealings
Rotala has been notified of the following Director's Dealings which occurred on 18 September 2015:
John Gunn, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has, from his indirect interests in the Company, sold 40,744 ordinary shares of 25 pence each at a price of 67.0 pence per share.
The Natalie Haynes Trust (of which John Gunn is a trustee but not a beneficiary), has sold 40,744 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 67.0 pence per share. Following this sale the Natalie Haynes Trust has an interest in 810,750 ordinary shares of the Company (representing 2.13 per cent. of the shares in issue).
Following these events, John Gunn has in total a direct and indirect interest in the Company, including the interest of the Natalie Haynes Trust set out above, of 9,176,348 ordinary shares. This represents a holding of 24.07% of the shares in issue.
