Rotala PLC09 April 2008 Rotala plc ("Rotala" or 'the Group) Acquisitions update The Board of Rotala is pleased to announce the following update with regards tothe acquisitions of Ludlows of Halesowen Limited ("Ludlows") and certaincustomer contracts and vehicles previously owned by or of which SouthGloucestershire Bus and Coach Company Limited had the benefit (the 'Business'). Further to the announcement on 18 June 2007 the Company has now completed thelast stage of the acquisition of the Business. The Company has, in total,acquired 68 buses and the right to operate the routes on which they run. Thetotal consideration for the acquisition of the Business was £1,860,000. Further to the announcement on 21 June 2007 the Company has now completed theacquisition of Ludlows. Ludlows is a bus business that operates 21 buses in theHalesowen district of Birmingham, approximately fourteen miles from the maindepot of Rotala in the Aston area of Birmingham. The total consideration for theacquisition of Ludlows was £850,000.
