Result of AGM

Papua Mining plc, a UK company focused on the exploration for and if commercially feasible, development of gold and copper deposits in Papua New Guinea, is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held earlier today all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

The Company confirms that, further to the announcement released on June 30 2015, discussions with potential investors are continuing and a further update will be provided in due course.
