Election of Mr A Love as a Director Result - carried 3. Election of Mr R Burgess as a Director Result - carried 4. Pursuant to Listing Rule 7.4 of the Listing Rules of the Australian Stock Exchange Limited, the Company approves and ratifies the issue of 28,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of $2.71 pershare on 25 January 2006. Result - carried 5. Adoption of the Remuneration Report for the year ended 31 December 2005. Result - carried 6. Appointment of Ernst & Young as the Company's auditor. Ernst & Young, havingbeen nominated for appointment, has consented to act as auditor.
