Notice of ceasing to be a substantial holder
OnĀ 8Ā JanuaryĀ 2009, the CompanyĀ wasĀ notified of the following change in substantial shareholding:
-Ā As atĀ 7Ā January 2009,Ā Nexus Energy LimitedĀ and itsĀ subsidiariesĀ ceased to be a substantial holder in the Company's sharesĀ havingĀ sold 37,729,936Ā fully paid ordinary shares in the CompanyĀ between 5 January 2009 and 7 January 2009. In its previous holding in Company notice dated 5 January 2009, Nexus Energy Limited reported that it heldĀ 37,729,936 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company, representing 6.42% of the total issued share capital of the Company.Ā
