Notice of ceasing to be a substantial holder
OnΒ 8Β JanuaryΒ 2009, the CompanyΒ wasΒ notified of the following change in substantial shareholding:
-Β As atΒ 7Β January 2009,Β Nexus Energy LimitedΒ and itsΒ subsidiariesΒ ceased to be a substantial holder in the Company's sharesΒ havingΒ sold 37,729,936Β fully paid ordinary shares in the CompanyΒ between 5 January 2009 and 7 January 2009. In its previous holding in Company notice dated 5 January 2009, Nexus Energy Limited reported that it heldΒ 37,729,936 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company, representing 6.42% of the total issued share capital of the Company.Β
