Renold plc, a leading international supplier of industrial chains and related power transmission products, announces that it has been notified that Jim Haughey, Group Finance Director, has purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Following this transaction, Mr Haughey has a beneficial interest in 20,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
