Renold plc, a leading international supplier of industrial chains and related power transmission products, announces that it has been notified that Robert Purcell, Chief Executive, has purchased 390,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), 90,000 of which were purchased in his wife's name.
