Renold plc, a leading international supplier of industrial chains and related power transmission products, announces that it has been notified that Robert Purcell, Chief Executive, has purchased 405,263 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), 50,000 of which were purchased in his wife's name.
Following these transactions, Mr Purcell's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares, including the beneficial holdings of persons closely associated with him, is as follows:
