Renold plc ("Renold" or "the Group"), a leading international supplier of industrial chains and related power transmission products, announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Mark Harper, Non-Executive-Chairman, purchased 350,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, at an average price of 11.24 pence per share.
Ian Scapens, Group Finance Director, purchased 42,372 Ordinary Shares in the Company, at an average price of 11.80 pence per share.
Following these transactions, Mr Harper and Mr Scapens respective beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares, including the beneficial holdings of persons closely associated with them, are as follows:
