Directorate change

The Rank Group Plc ("Rank") announces the appointment of Lucinda Charles-Jones to the board of Rank with immediate effect as a non-executive director. She will serve on its remuneration, nominations and ESG & safer gambling committees.

Lucinda has more than 25 years' executive-level experience in human resources roles, most recently as chief people and corporate responsibility officer UK & Ireland at AXA SA, where her role included responsibility for developing the environmental and social aspects of the corporate responsibility strategy. Her previous roles have also included HR Director at Hays Plc, the Towergate Partnership Co Limited and RAC Plc, Consumer Division. Lucinda is a director and trustee at Business in the Community, where she also chairs the remuneration committee.
