Total Voting Rights

Remote Monitored Systems plc, the AIM quoted survey, inspection and monitoring company, announces that, in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company has 1,983,270,231 ordinary shares of 0.01p each in issue, none of which are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is  1,983,270,231.

The above figure of  1,983,270,231 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
