Dividend Re-investment Plan
Following the publication by Royal Mail plc (the "Company") on 6 June 2014 of the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements 2013-14, the Company has today issued to shareholders the Royal Mail Dividend Re-investment Plan explanatory booklet and terms and conditions.
A copy of these documents has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
