RM plc: Dividend Payment Date

RM plc announces that, subject to approval at its AGM on 17 January 2011, the final dividend will be paid on 4 February 2011 to shareholders on the Register at 7 January 2011.

The Board is proposing a final dividend of 5.25p, which, combined with the interim dividend of 1.39p, increases the full-year dividend by 8% to 6.64p (2006: 6.17p).
