RM PLC27 November 2007 RM plc - Directors' Dealings 27 November 2007 RM plc has been informed of the following Directors' share dealings. Mike Greig, Executive Director has today exercised options under the RM plc 1994Executive Share Option Scheme over 33,340 ordinary shares in the Company at163.5p per share and subsequently sold these shares at a price of 197.39p pershare. These options would otherwise have lapsed in December 2007. Hisbeneficial holding remains at 179,999 2p ordinary shares, which represents0.194% of the share capital of the Company to which voting rights are attached. Tim Brighouse, Non-Executive Director yesterday purchased 5,000 2p ordinaryshares at a price of 199.625p per share. His beneficial holding now stands at15,000 2p ordinary shares, which represents 0.016% of the share capital of theCompany to which voting rights are attached.
