Director's Share Dealing
RM plc has been informed that, on 20 June 2008, the following Directors dealt in the Company's shares.
Chief Executive Officer, Tim Pearson, sold and repurchased shares to facilitate the transfer of some of his holding into his SIPP (self-invested personal pension). He sold 18,300 ordinary shares at an average price of 195.4p per share and repurchased 17,957 ordinary shares at an average price of 196.2p per share. Following these transactions Tim Pearson's beneficial holding in the Company stands at 217,670 shares (representing approximately 0.23% of the share capital of the Company to which voting rights are attached).
Executive Director, Rob Sirs, exercised and subsequently sold unapproved share options. He exercised options over 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 78.5p per share. He subsequently sold these shares at a price of 195.4p per share. Following these transactions, Rob Sirs' beneficial holding in the Company remains at 127,206 shares (representing approximately 0.14% of the share capital of the Company to which voting rights are attached).
