Tanzanite One Limited04 October 2006 Tanzanite One Limited4th October 2006 Tanzanite One Limited Directors' Holdings in Company Tanzanite One Limited ("TanzaniteOne" or the Company") TanzaniteOne was notified on 4th October 2006 that Tomori Enterprises Limited("Tomori") a party related to Mr. Michael A. P. Adams the Company'sNon-Executive Chairman A. Purchased 100,000 Common Shares in the Company on 4th October 2006 at a price of 82 pence per Common Share. Mr. Adams' beneficial shareholdings in the Company has increased by 100,000 Common Shares as a result of this purchase and is now 8,712,230 Common Shares, representing 11.98 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company; B. Is transferring the 3,288,007 Common Shares registered in Tomori's name to Tomori's account with Barclays Bank - this does not change Mr. Adams beneficial shareholding in the Company; and C.
