'Australian Sapphire' Twitter & Facebook Launch
Richland today announces the launch of 'Australian Sapphire' online, which can be found on Facebook at @Australiansapphire or using the @Ausapphire Twitter handle. Users can look forward to updates and images from one of the world's largest sapphire producing regions; 'the Gemfields', located in Queensland, Australia.
The Australian Sapphire platform will showcase beautiful rough and cut sapphires produced from Richland's Capricorn Sapphire Mine and from the wider region, including new stones recovered from the area and, final set pieces of jewellery, highlighting the outstanding green, yellow and parti coloured sapphires for which the region is well renowned. Richland is supporting this initiative and intends to provide regular news from all aspects of our mining and sales operation; look out for large carat size gems, new jewellery lines and fashion shoots.
Australian Sapphire will showcase jewellery and precious stone with assured certificated provenance which have been ethically mined from operations withfull financial accountability. Any stone purchased from Richland will have been mined using ethical mining practices and stones are tracked through a quality certification scheme by a trained geologist.
Richland has been quoted on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange for more than 10 years and, accordingly, adheres to the high standards of disclosure and transparency for UK quoted companies.
